The first year I had sold 39 properties, so I set a goal of 60 sales the following year. The next year, when August came around, and 60 sales were quickly approaching, I revised my goal to 100 sales and ended up closing 107 deals! Using a scalable system and model that I created, I was able to continue this success year after year, until I was consistently selling 150+ (167 to be exact) investment properties to our clients each year. Eventually, I branched off and started my own Real Estate Team and using those same systems, processes, and model, I was able to scale my team from just myself in my home office to a 12 person team working out of a 2000sq ft office in under 18mos.
